Becca + Daniel’s wedding in the woods will always be one of the sweetest weddings I have been able to photograph. I have known Becca since high school — I have loved watching her grow up, find her passions, find her person, & document these moments for her. She told me about her plans to have a wedding at a campsite on Mt. Lemmon. I wasn’t sure how she was going to pull it off but with the most amazing team they completely transformed the campsite into a boho wedding dream! I’m still not over it. Everything turned out so beautiful from the macrame backdrop to the head table to just the overall color scheme (like just look at the bridesmaid’s dresses!) The wedding day was a relaxed + joy-filled day, which makes sense considering Becca + Daniel are very down to earth + joyful people. They were surrounded by loved ones and the day was filled with laughter, happy tears, and lots of dancing.
The thing I loved most about this wedding is how very ‘Becca’ it was. I think everyone there would agree. & I bring this up because I think it can get really easy to feel like your wedding has to look + be a certain way. The best weddings I have been to + have photographed are the ones where the couple stays true to who they are + does what makes the most sense for them! Weddings are far from traditional this year so I want to give you permission to have the wedding that makes you filled with excitement + love.
